In the attic there are additional 18m2 storage spaces, which are accessible by folding stairs from the garage.

Like his followers, ZERO is an original family house that was thoroughly prepared first with a pencil on paper.
It was founded in 2014 in the ZDRAVÝ DOM studio under the supervision of an experienced architect F.Lehocký.
Thanks to the study, ZERO was given a refined ground plan, correct dimensions and areas of space, and finally an elegant mass and solution. Processed visualizations indicate its visual appearance and future beauty.
