ZERO is purposefully oriented to the south, using the principle of solar architecture – especially enough light and heat gains during the year.

Stands on high-quality pillars – POROTHERM fired brick, KNAUF mineral wool, 3-glazed wooden windows, BRAMAC concrete tiles, RUSTIQUE tiles, BAUMIT facade.
Ground plan
ZERO is a spacious 4-room ground floor house divided into a day and night zone.
The daily area is open-plan and connects the kitchen, dining room and living room to the common area.
The night part consists of 2 separate children’s rooms, a parent’s bedroom and a generous 10m2 bathroom.
ZERO has also an integrated double garage connected directly to the house. There is another parking space in front of the garage.
From the day zone and from the parents’ bedrooms, there is a barrier-free access to the outdoor terrace connecting the interior with the garden.
The garden, thanks to its generous glassed areas, increases living space and is a real part of living.
In the attic there are additional 18m2 storage spaces, which are accessible by folding stairs from the garage.

Architectural study
Like his followers, ZERO is an original family house that was thoroughly prepared first with a pencil on paper.
It was founded in 2014 in the ZDRAVÝ DOM studio under the supervision of an experienced architect F.Lehocký.
Thanks to the study, ZERO was given a refined ground plan, correct dimensions and areas of space, and finally an elegant mass and solution. Processed visualizations indicate its visual appearance and future beauty.
